1) What is your general personality type (loaner, socialite, intellectual, all business, etc.)? Thinks of himself as a loner and is awkward in social situations but not so secretly thrives when on a team with a focused goal.
2) What are your general sources for acquiring work? My old sensei knows Mason. I have a fixer contact who is hit or miss.
3) How do you prefer to be contacted for work (Fixer, directly by Johnsons, through team-leader runners, etc.)? My old sensei or a fixer.
4) Do you actively seek out work, or wait for the call? Prefer to be contacted but I am not above seeking work when I need it.
5) How do your friends or associates generally get a hold of you? My old com-link is broken. Looking to buy a new one. Until then through my fixer or old sensei.
6) Do you have any specific specializations of work? Very good at keeping close and quiet with minimum noise and collateral damage. Expert and all kinds of mechanical/analog locks. Gaining more and more proficiency with electronic security.
7) How do you juggle work and ethics? Only ethical concern I have is racial prejudice. I will work with racist if that is who is on the team without a word. They may just get a visit from me after the work is done and tied up.
What is your primary motivation for running? Rutterless, looking for focus and direction. Looked like a life that will help me focus my physical and mental skills.
9) Is there a specific style/look that you generally follow (clothing/personality)? Plane, cheap, but clean. Have lived on the streets on many occasions so can dirty up when necessary.
10) Do you work better solo, in small units(2-4), or larger teams (5+)? Small units first, small teams second and solo third. Takes direction well.
11) How important do you see your sense of identity (SIN, street cred, name, etc.)? Not at all important.
12) How do you prefer team leadership to lead (one leader deciding actions, whole team working/arguing out the plan, etc.)? I like to have input but in the end want one person whose job it is to make the call. Fuck democratic decision making.
13) What roles on a team do you feel most comfortable in? Scout, recon, B & E, quiet/close-combat wet-work.
14) What kinds of teams do you work better with (clean cut professionals, crude military units, more diverse the better, classic techno-club runner types, etc.)? professionals. I don't care what they look like or how they act off the job but on the job focused and professional.
15) What are your thoughts on acquired loot (division of, sale of, etc.)? Lead for job gets slightly larger share. If everyone did a good job, equal shares. If someone fucked up the job, well, maybe no share.
16) Do you mix business with pleasure (getting to know runners/fixers in personal life)? I believe I do not but in actuality I crave comradery.
17) Place in order of importance (not what you tell Johnsons, but the actual truth) 1-5 (1 highest):
Team Objective 1
The Team 2
Own Skin 3
Payoff 4
Personal Ethics 5
18) How far do you see yourself going as a runner (long term)? Cannot think of any other life that I would prefer. Will probably die as a runner. Would like more trusted contacts.
