Renraku CEO Steps Down (Feb 3, 2060)

Merely a month has gone by since Japan-based megacorporation Renraku Computer Systems closed its new Seattle Archology doors with rumors of mass Atrocities occuring from within. Speculation grows around the globe as to the happenings from within massive Seattle icon, ranging from toxic meltdowns to insect infestations. Presently, not even the UCAS military teams have been able to successfully recapture and reopen the facility, only heightening global concerns as to the competance of the governing Renraku board, who simply claims the problem is a computer system malfunction, but that the populace within is safe and secure.

In answer to the contraversies associated with this and other problems that have plagued the megacorporation in 2059, CEO Inazo Aneki has decided this morning to step down, taking what corporate represenative Nishing Tao described as, "am indefinite leave of absence."
