Colonel Brent "Roach" Augustine

Born in Seattle on January 19, 2022, Brent Augustine was raised in a strong, loving family. Despite this, many of his teenage years were spent in rebellion of everything that he viewed as the 'status quo'; a rebellion that primarily involved gang membership. At the age of 17, caught in the act of a felony crime, Brent Augustine was given a choice: join the military or serve prison time. The army seemed the only real choice he had.

Showing a natural aptitude towards the combat arms, Augustine was soon inducted into a Special Forces unit (5th Mobile Special Operations Group). Rising swiftly through the ranks, Augustine was soon put in charge of his own tactical unit. His unit, comprised of men that others viewed as unorthodox or undesirable, soon earned a reputation for being able to complete missions that others believed suicidal. After fifteen years of service, Colonel Brent Augustine had earned the nickname 'Roach' for his seeming inability to die. Shot fifteen times, stabbed twice, six explosive incidents (taking shrapnel from explosive devices, concussive shock, etc), and and involved in numerous other deadly encounters, Roach managed to pull through and complete the mission.

Known for his completely detached attitude, Colonel Brent Augustine shows no sort of emotion, either on or off the job. This has led people to believe that he doesn't care about anything. Roach has done nothing to quash these rumors. After all, if they think he doesn't care, they'll believe that he WILL do anything to complete his mission.

When he retired after twenty years of service, Roach expected to relax and enjoy the retirement that he deserved. As it turns out, what he had worked so long for and earned with his sweat and blood wasn't what he wanted. After only three months of retirement, Roach decided that he needed to get back into the game. Contacting old acquaintances, he acquired the working gear that he would need and put his services on the market as a mercenary and military consultant.

Basic Description: Of average height and weight, his body is leanly muscled, face hardened by a hard life and hard training. Generally has a light scruff of hair on his head and on his face.

2) What are your general sources for acquiring work? Knows very few people so most of his work comes through SR Inc.

3) How do you prefer to be contacted for work (Fixer, directly by Johnsons, through team-leader runners, etc.)? Col. Brent Augustine prefers to be contacted for work through confirmed sources. His own fixers or through people he already knows.

4) Do you actively seek out work, or wait for the call? Roach looks for opportunities to stay in the game.

5) How do your friends or associates generally get a hold of you? Friends get his phone number, associates have his matrix mail, others can contact him through his dummy mail account.
